PublicationAre green HRM Practices enough to build successful green ventures interlinked with innovation and knowledge‑sharing behavior? Case of China( 2023)Wang Jinliang, Massoud Moslehpour, Trung Kien Tran, Bushra Tufail, Gia Luat Diep, Hoang Nguyen TienGreen practices are now treated as an essential component of organizational element and firms are now exploring ways to incorporate new growth strategies that ensure environmentally friendly methods. The present study focuses on manufacturing industry in China and identify that green HRM practices influence eco-innovation and organization’s knowledge-sharing culture. The study also aims to identify whether eco-innovation and knowledge-sharing culture help to build successful green venture and provide indirect path to green HRM and green ventures. An adopted survey was used to collect data from manufacturing employees and SPSS-AMOS is employed to assess the model reliability and proposed hypotheses. Study outcomes reveal that green HRM practices increase knowledge-sharing behavior and promote green innovation. Findings also expose that eco-innovation and knowledge-sharing behavior are potential mediator, hence provide an indirect path between green HRM practices and green ventures. Results confirm that essentiality of green HRM in order to promote knowledge-sharing behavior among employees through which environmental commitment can be fulfilled by organizations, further leading to successful green venture.

PublicationFactors Affecting the Working Motivation of Teachers and Staff: A Case Study at a Public University in Vietnam( 2023)Tuan Pham Van, Thao Nguyen ThiLecturers and staff are important resources in universities. Their work performance is closely related to work motivation. The motivation of lecturers and staff in the university is affected by many different factors. In this study, we focused on assessing the influence of 5 factors: income, co-worker relationship, development opportunities, working conditions and nature of work. The study was carried out on a sample of 163 subjects who are lecturers and staff of a public university in Vietnam. Methods of exploratory factor analysis EFA, linear regression analysis were used to test the research hypotheses. Research results showed that all 5 factors considered have a positive impact on the work motivation of lecturers and staff. In which, the income factor has the strongest influence. The results of this study provide data as a basis for building motivational strategies for lecturers and staff at universities in Vietnam.

PublicationThe impact of eco-innovation and economic growth on carbon emission: Evidence using novel QARDL approach( 2023)Li Li, YunQian Zhang, Ching-Chi Hsu, Nguyen The Vinh, Ky Nguyen Tran and Thanh Quang NgoHigh economic growth in fast growing country like China is not without its environmental repercussions and eco- innovations have been promoted as a successful strategy for striking a balance between environmental performance and economic growth. However, there has not been much focus on how eco-innovation affects the performance of carbon emission in China. This study estimates the impact of eco- innovation on CO2 emission under the Environmental Kuznets Curve (EKC) hypothesis over the 1986–2022 period. To estimate the nexus empirically, we applied Quantile ARDL (QARDL) approach. The results of the research reveal that eco-innovations have significant yet negative effect on CO2 emission at all quantiles (0.05–0.90). Economic growth is linked positively with carbon emission over 0.05 to 0.70 quantiles, whereas its square impacts CO2 emission negatively and significantly at 0.60 to 0.95 quantiles. These findings confirm that EKC hypothesis exists in China. The findings in short run find that eco-innovations had negative impact on carbon emission, whereas in case of economic growth it shows positive connection, however, the GDP sq. shows negative linkage. On the basis of these results, the research recommends Chinese authorities to promote eco-innovations by providing influential incentives to households and business sectors to eliminate the negative trends of economic growth on environment. In addition, the study recommends that “renewable energy law” needs be implemented by institutions to encourage the renewable energy use in all sectors that is proved to have positive environmental impacts for China

PublicationTHE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MENTAL HEALTH AND LEARNING MOTIVATION OF PSYCHOLOGY STUDENTS AT VAN LANG UNIVERSITY, VIETNAM( 2023)Pham Van TuanLearning motivation is a factor that directly affects the progress and learning outcomes of students. Students with high academic motivation often achieve good academic results and vice versa. Students' learning motivation is affected by many different factors, including mental health problems. The article presents research results on mental health and learning motivation of psychology students, Van Lang University. Research results on a sample of 164 first-year to fourth-year students indicated that psychology students currently have mental health problems, the rate of students experiencing stress is 81.1%, anxiety is 72.6% and depression is 59.8%; Students' learning motivation is only at a good average level. Mental health problems were positively correlated with learning motivation and could explain 9.3% of the variation in student motivation. These results showed that schools, lecturers, etc. need to care and support students to solve mental health problems, contributing to enhance their learning motivation.

This world also has a two-way path, one terminating in the lowest of the low and the other culminating in the highest of the high. It means that one way leads to misfortune and misery and the other to happiness and perfection. To attain happiness, accountability can be of utmost importance. Besides, the purpose of human creation is closeness to God by preferring the right path, which is not often possible unless they speak the truth and make the best use of the enlightening teachings of the revelation to spot the bad and good, becoming aware of their own duties and responsibilities and ultimately putting them into effect. This research aimed to investigate the mediating role of values in the relationship between accountability and trust among Muslim managers and employees in Islamic organisations, using a descriptive method through a field study. The statistical population included 2500 senior Muslim managers and employees of Iraqi government organisations, selected via simple random sampling. In this research, structural equation modelling (SEM) analysis was recruited for data analysis in the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and Analysis of a Moment Structures (AMOS). The study results demonstrated that accountability in Muslim managers and employees has a significant positive effect on trust (p = 0.45) and values (p = 0.81). Moreover, the findings revealed that values have a positive effect on reinforcing trust in Islamic organisations (p = 0.54), and above all bolster the relationship between accountability in managers and employees and organisational trust (p = 0.43).

PublicationZero-carbon energy transition in ASEAN countries: The role of carbon finance, carbon taxes, and sustainable energy technologies( 2023)FengSheng Chien, Trong Lam Vuc, Thi Thu Hien Phan, Sang Van Nguyen, Nguyen Ho Viet Anh, Thanh Quang NgoASEAN are struggling due to gigantic challenges related to climate complexities and energy scarcity. In this regard, this is the prime concern of region that how low carbon energy transition can be embraced when there is a high consumption of non-renewable ratio in energy mix. Hence, the study examines the role of carbon finance, carbon taxes, sustainable energy technologies (solar and hydroelectric), industrialization, and population growth on the low-carbon energy transition by following MMQR approach. Outcomes indicate that carbon finance, carbon taxes, sustainable energy technologies (solar and hydroelectric), industrialization, and population growth are positively linked with low-carbon energy transition in ASEAN countries. Based on the evidences, it implies that in order to accelerate renewable shares, clean technologies adoption and green investment in climate friendly methods are needed to achieve zero-carbon goal.
