dc.description.abstract	In recent years, students’ feedback in Vietnam has been increasingly focused more often with research studies using quality service form to measure student satisfaction. This study was conducted to determine the factors affecting the satisfaction of the quality of training services at private universities in Vietnam. Some of the methods of analysis used in the study are the following: descriptive statistics, check the reliability of Cronbach's Alpha factor analysis, Exploratory Factor Analysis, regression analysis. The results show that lecturers, staff, training program, facilities, cost, school reputation and utilities affect student satisfaction on the quality of training services. On the basis of this finding, the author proposes policy implications for private universities.
